This course is an ongoing study of the Quran intended for the lay Muslim. The purpose of these lessons is to help you connect to the Quran, through a verse by verse reading in English and Arabic, developing a connection which we hope will change your personal and practical relationship with the Book of Allah, and enable you to access it with meaning and inspiration. We will discuss the background and context of each chapter, chapter themes, understanding the meanings of its verses, and deducing the key lessons to take away from each chapters and their relevance to our lives. This is part one of a series of ongoing lessons through the Qur’an.
